A Royal Garden View #CheckOutThatView

I recently stayed at the gorgeous five star Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, London, with my mum for her birthday. I’ve stayed there before as it plays host to the prestigious MAD Blog Awards every year, but this time we were lucky enough to be in a room with a Royal Garden view. And whilst seeing the whole of Hyde Park, from the huge, full length windows in our room, was utterly divine, I thought the view at sunrise was even more spectacular.

Stunning shades of orange, yellow and gold blending into blue, lit up a sky streaked with aeroplane trails and highlighted a skyline which tricks you into thinking you are somewhere less built up than central London. Imagine waking up to this every day!

So now is where I need to apologise…

I missed #CheckOutThatView last week. I was in Belfast celebrating my birthday and didn’t think to schedule one before I left. Rest assured, this linky will now run WEEKLY as planned and I will not be so lax again! I have LOVED looking at the other truly beautiful views people have linked up in previous weeks and hope you’ve all been visiting each others and sharing the comment love. This is a real feel-good linky for me. We live in a beautiful world – let’s share it’s beauty!
