In addition to travel blogging, I also work as an independant hospitality consultant and am available for hire.
I have a 2:1 degree in Hospitality Management and ten years experience of working in all areas of the hospitality industry.
Predominantly, I visit hotels, restaurants, bars and nightclubs as a mystery shopper, then write a report of my findings. This report includes constructive criticism from both a customer viewpoint and a professional position. I can quickly identify problem areas and suggest methods for improvement.
I am based in the South West of England, but will travel anywhere in the UK or channel islands. I also work internationally, but this must be booked a few months in advance.
I currently have a chain of nightclubs on my regular client list, who are happy to provide testimonials, to anyone considering using my services.
